Expressions of Interest sought for a range of Assessment Associates

Aspire Qualifications are seeking exceptional people with Business Management experience in the following areas to join our team as freelance Assessment Associates:

External Quality Assurers (EQA)

You will externally quality assure assessment decisions through scrutiny of assignments and samples of candidate work as well as conduct centre visits. This will be undertaken both remotely and face to face in order to confirm that national standards have been achieved and upheld.

Assignment developers

To develop controlled assignments and mark schemes for Business Management qualifications at L4 and L5 that meet the demands and complexity of the level and fulfil the required learning outcomes and assessment criteria.

Assignment reviewers

To externally review our developed controlled assignments and mark schemes.

About you:

• Have experience in delivering and assessing vocational qualifications in Business Management
• Able to evidence relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
• Hold relevant qualifications at Level 4 or 5 in Business Management, or equivalent and relevant experience
• Hold an assessor and EQA qualification (for the EQA role)
• Previous experience of developing qualifications and/or assessment (for developer roles)
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Have excellent knowledge and skills in using IT
• Have attention to detail
