Aspire Qualifications are seeking exceptional people to support the Governance of our Awarding Organisation.

We require independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive team.

About you

• You will be independent and impartial
• You will have experience in one or more of the areas; education, company finance, ED, risk or legal matters
• You will be skilled at providing strategic guidance, unbiased advice, long term oversight and succession planning

We meet four times a year although there may be occasions when there may an exceptional meeting. Most meetings will take place remotely.

We would prefer people with experience of working at Board level but are willing to consider those without this if they have valuable other experience.

This is a voluntary role, but reasonable expenses will be renumerated.
